Dubsado™ is a very impressive and diverse tool designed with efficiency in mind. It combines its CRM capabilities with scheduling, invoicing, forms, contracts, and intelligent workflows and automation. One of the most common workflows I see it used for is booking client meetings, and then automatically sending the relevant materials and questions to the client. I like to think of Dubsado™ as the Donna of the technology stack.

Trello™
Trello™ has been around for quite some time and offers incredible tasking tracking and collaborative functionality. More recently there have been some new to the market products with similar functionality. Trello™ is still my go-to recommendation for 90% of businesses, it is user-friendly and most people only need the free version.

Quickbooks™ Online
Quickbooks™ Online makes the ‘Top 5’ list because of its useful web platform and an extensive list of integrations. It is a great small business accounting program that has been designed to make bookkeeping straightforward and efficient. There are so many time-saving features built right in, I will be writing about these in the near future.

New Zenler™
Step out of the way Kajabi™, Teachable™, Thinkific™, and Learn Dash™ there is a new leader in town – New Zenler™! When it comes to value for dollar nothing comes close to New Zenler™. Website, blog, community, learning portal, and sales funnels are all built into a single low-cost product. While it is still technically in beta, this program can’t be beaten, and transitioning can reduce costs while also giving you access to additional features.

Zapier™
Zapier™ is essential to optimizing your business, it integrates all the programs together! With over 300 applications on their list the possibilities for optimization are endless. Using ‘zaps’ Zapier™ uses a trigger>action style workflow to complete tasks. If A happens then B happens. Zaps can be very simple, or very complex – this is an absolute essential. I think of Zapier as Sheldon.
